Dnyanada Nevgi – Permit Coordinator and Project Manager
Dnyanada holds a Master’s degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, complementing her background in Architecture. Over the past few years, she has been instrumental in permitting and overseeing numerous land development and engineering projects. With a profound grasp of the city planning process, Dnyanada adeptly navigates coordination with Counties, State, and Federal Agencies. She excels in managing projects and fostering collaboration between consultants and clients. Setting clear timelines, she ensures that all projects are completed within specified timeframes for seamless handover to the construction phase.
Nandhini V – Architectural Designer
With background in civil engineering, she specializes in crafting architectural designs and concepts suited for day care and retail projects. Working closely with project teams, she prioritizes design integrity and strives for high-quality outcomes. Leveraging REVIT & CAD software, she creates detailed drawings and plans that meet project specifications. Her expertise extends to ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws to ensure safety and legal adherence. Moreover, she diligently maintains precise project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence, crucial for efficient project management and future reference.
Hemanth Devanaboina – Architectural Designer
Hemanth, with a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Construction Management, brings a wealth of expertise to architecture and construction. His previous architecture experience hones project management, technical design, and client communication skills. Noteworthy for his innovative design approach and meticulous attention to detail, Hemanth’s versatile expertise enhances architectural and construction endeavors, delivering exceptional results consistently.

Irshad Khan – Assistant Project Manager
Irshad Khan, an accomplished Assistant Project Manager at Omega Design, LLC, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to every project he undertakes. With a Master’s degree in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Irshad has a solid educational foundation that supports his practical experience in the field. His professional certifications include AutoCAD, Construction Manager in Training (CMAA), OSHA 30HR Outreach Training for Construction Industry, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Membership, and American Concrete Institute membership.
